Ready Real Estate is a full service real estate brokerage company that was founded to revolutionize the way real estate is bought and sold. At Ready Real Estate, we felt the typical home buying experience placed too much control in the hands of the real estate agent and not enough control in the hands of the consumer. Additionally, traditional real estate companies often times overcharged the consumer for the real estate agent's and company's services. At Ready Real Estate, we know providing information to our customers is the key to their ability to find the home they most desire. Ready is doing this by providing easy access to the Multiple Listing System (MLS) on our website. The system is updated daily and provides buyers and sellers the ability to search all properties and homes for sale. Users can put their selected homes into a “Search Saver” and they can also sign up for “New Listing Alerts” which sends them an automatic email as soon as a new property is entered that meets their criteria. Ready also allows prospective homebuyers and sellers to search the data unimpeded by a cumbersome registration process.
Ready Real Estate is so confident that by providing this information on-line, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the customer will better be able to access the information when they want it, not only when our brick-and-mortar offices are open. Home shoppers can search the MLS database and view homes that they want to see, not that a Realtor selected for them. A Ready homebuyer knows what he or she is looking for and does not want a list of pre-printed homes or properties from a real estate agent who may be pushing his or her own listings above others that better meet the homebuyer's needs.

Ready to Sell
We also know that home sellers want full service MLS listings, but not at the high, expensive commissions some other companies may charge. While some real estate companies list homes for a commission of 6-8% of the sales price, ReadyTM Realtors® are available to offer our clients full service listings at a set fee of 4.5% of the final sales price. We even guarantee our listing service. If a client's home does not sell, they don't pay - anything. Many other companies charge fees as high as $1000, even if the home doesn't sell.
