A high traffic location at the corner of Kingsley and Garland Road, this triangle of land is over a half acre and is in front of the former Super Walmart site that was recently purchased by The City of Garland. The city wishes to make this the entrance into Garland and will have it developed accordingly. The site is NOT deed restricted by the former Walmart and prior to that was a former service station many years ago, after which the tanks were properly removed and all documentation is available. For the past 12 years, the space was leased to a bus company out of Mexico named Touremex (Groupa Senda). Currently, the property has a tenant on a month-to-month lease for COVID testing, allowing it to be delivered without a tenant in 30 days. Starbucks had the site under consideration prior to the bus company lease. The canopies remain in place as does the functioning building.
