Tract 9 of the Tracts at Double Creek features a creek meandering through the entire east side of the property! Higher elevations start on the west side of the property and gradually slope toward the east down to the creek - both sides of the creek are on this tract with elm, hackberry, cedar, and mesquite trees lining the creek banks. Tons of wildlife use the creek area as a travel corridor, and whitetail deer, turkey, dove, quail, and feral hogs are frequently seen in the area. This tract could be combined with one of the tracts that border it to the north, or could be purchased separately with access off of FM 604, call for details. Deed restrictions protect land values, but no HOA.
