Curt Cockrum

Since a young age, Curt has always known his professional path would involve real estate in some shape or form. Curt's roots as a Fort Worth native give him a strong understanding of the market, and his experience as a realtor, mortgage lender, and homebuilder provide him with a comprehensive skillset that guides his approach to each and every transaction.

During his time at The University of Texas at Austin, Curt obtained his real estate license while he was home in Fort Worth for the summer and during this time Curt worked alongside a local homebuilder and learned about construction. After graduating in 2022 from UT, Curt moved to Dallas and worked as a loan originator providing builders and investors with financing for their real estate needs. While in Dallas, Curt not only built upon his knowledge of the local market, but also his construction and real estate background and he ultimately started his own construction company building houses.

Curt has recently moved back to his hometown of Fort Worth to pursue real estate full time, and operates primarily in Tarrant, Parker, and Johnson counties. When he can find time, Curt enjoys the outdoors and can be found wading in a river in the western US or out on the lake here in Texas.
