Erin Chavez

Erin became a realtor in 2020 after several years in education as an elementary teacher and in high-end organization retail positions. She is s Graduate of Realtor Institue (GRI) and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) agent. With her previous career experiences, Erin is a firm believer in educating her clients throughout the home buying or selling process. She also has a specific niche in detecting the needs and proactively navigating the journey of the real estate process.

Erin has enjoyed living in the N Fort Worth area of Texas with her family for over 15 years and is fondly familiar with much of its surroundings. She has been married to her husband for over 25 years and enjoys traveling and experiencing unique dining experiences together. Her two children are adults in their college years and Erin stays actively involved with their passions and growth. Near and dear to her heart is volunteer service to an organization servicing mothers of special needs children, as she is one her self, and creating a strong support system.

Naturally, Erin is a relational person and has incredible intuition on how to work well with all different types of people. Her gifts of design, spatial placement, and organization have helped her in their family focus on real estate investment through rental properties including short-term rentals. She loves most of all making each space as welcoming as possible for every guest. Her gift to see a space redesigned will be helpful to all of her clients. Through investing she has learned a lot about how to navigate the in and outs of legal matters when it comes to investing and is willing to pass this knowledge on to all who are interested.

Currently, she is working on furthering her skills with a certification in Real Estate Negotiation and a certification in Short-term Rental styling.
