Nick Abutair is a knowledgeable real estate agent, small business owner and proud resident of McKinney, Texas for 20 years. His passion for learning, commitment to succeed and dedication to helping others is evident in his daily life. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Nick started his electrical contracting business serving homeowners and light commercial properties in 2004, and he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Woman's University in 2010. He knows how to get things done!

As a result of his natural curiosity for all things housing related, Nick developed a large network of realtors, builders and service providers; each of these relationships provide learning opportunities. As a result, he's gained significant education regarding best (and worst) practices in building construction as well as home inspections, repairs and maintenance. This increased knowledge about housing enables his ability to match buyers and sellers with the perfect real estate for their specific needs and preferences.
